About the founder of

chi Lifestyle

Asya is a Holistic Health Therapist, nutrition expert, preventive health scientist, author, and speaker. Her approach is not only based on her studies, clinical research, and her own health experiences but also on over 28 years of experience in successfully examining, treating, and coaching her clients with a variety of health problems.

Asya went to Chechen State University from 1991-1999. Throughout her career (during and after her studies in Physiology, Nutrition, and Disease Prevention), she spent years conducting clinical research on the influence of diet, stress, and negative thought patterns on human health. She also studied the behavior of pathogenic microorganisms in the bodies of people who live unhealthily. With this new perspective on holistic medicine, she has already helped thousands of people to improve their health and change their lives and is on a mission to help millions.

Besides her great love for and dedication to her work, Asya is a mother of 3 children (28, 18, and 9).

OUR MISSION AND VALUES

The Chi Lifestyle was born from Asya’s miraculous recovery from terminal cancer during a fierce war in her native country. At 21, in terrible conditions of the devastating war with no electricity, gas, and tap water, she was diagnosed with advanced colon cancer and told she would have no more than two weeks to live. Refusing to believe in the doctor’s prognosis, she studied the internal functioning of the human body, transformed her diet and lifestyle, became aware of every thought and emotion, and transmuted the war-related stresses that exhausted her body and burdened her mind into powerful healing. As a result, Asya successfully healed herself. This experience was one of the greatest gifts that led to finding her life mission, which means she devoted her life to serving humanity by sharing her knowledge and experiences.
